Return & Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Process
- Register your return via info@ellison-parker.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China) from us.
- You send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.
- We always advise using a shipping method with track & trace.
